GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Scope of Application

These general terms and conditions of sale govern all services provided by Glaces Roule Ma Poule to its clients, whether individuals or professionals. Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

Bookings

Any booking is only considered final after the quotation has been signed by the client and a deposit of 30% of the total amount has been paid. Glaces Roule Ma Poule reserves the right to refuse any booking without justification.

Travel, Catering, and Accommodation Costs

Travel expenses are calculated based on the current mileage rate, for a round trip from 54 avenue du Maréchal de Lattre de Tassigny, Coulounieix-Chamiers, to the event location. Accommodation and catering costs are assessed on a case-by-case basis and included in the quotation as a fixed amount.

Change in Number of Guests

The client must confirm the final number of guests no later than 30 days before the service. This number serves as the basis for the final invoice. Any subsequent decrease will not result in a price reduction. Any increase observed on the day of the service will be charged additionally at €5 per extra person.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation occurring less than 30 days before the service will result in an invoice of 50% of the total quotation amount. Any cancellation occurring less than 8 days before the service will result in an invoice of 100% of the total amount. The deposit paid is non-refundable beyond the legal withdrawal period of 14 days, except in the case of cancellation initiated by Glaces Roule Ma Poule. Any change making the execution of the service impossible is considered a cancellation and subject to the same conditions. In the event of cancellation by Glaces Roule Ma Poule outside cases of force majeure, the deposit will be fully refunded.

Force Majeure

Glaces Roule Ma Poule cannot be held liable for failure to fulfill its obligations in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, floods, wars, riots, transport disruptions, or supply shortages. The client will be informed as soon as possible and the booking may be cancelled without compensation.

Payment Terms

The balance must be paid within 30 days following the date of the service, by cheque payable to Ahamadi Ibtissam or by bank transfer. Any late payment will result in penalties at the rate set by the European Central Bank plus 10 percentage points, as well as the statutory fixed recovery fee. All costs incurred for debt recovery are borne by the client.

Equipment

Any breakage, damage, or loss of equipment attributable to the client or their guests will be charged to the client.

Insurance

Glaces Roule Ma Poule is covered by professional liability insurance for all its activities, including the provision of food products.

Complaints

Any complaint regarding the execution of a service must be reported on-site at the time of the service. Any dispute regarding invoicing must be raised within two days following the invoice date.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
