Data Collected

As part of the use of the contact form and quote request form, Glaces Roule Ma Poule collects the following information: last name, first name, email address, phone number, and where applicable, company name, event date and location, and number of attendees. As part of the “Moments Uniques” feature, your email address may also be collected separately, with your explicit consent

Purpose of Processing

The data collected through the contact form is used exclusively to respond to inquiries and prepare quotes. Email addresses collected through the “Moments Uniques” feature are used to send you your souvenir video and, with your consent, communications from Glaces Roule Ma Poule (thank-you messages, news updates, or invitations to leave a review). Your data is never shared with third parties.

Data Retention Period

Data from individuals who submitted a contact or quote request without further action is retained for a period of 3 years from the last interaction. Data from clients who booked a service is retained for a period of 5 years from the end of the service, in accordance with legal obligations related to business management. Beyond these periods, the data is deleted or anonymized.

Email addresses collected through the “Moments Uniques” feature are retained until you request their deletion. Associated videos are deleted after 6 months unless you have given explicit authorization for longer retention.

You may request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting contact@glacesroulemapoule.fr.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights regarding your data: right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restriction of processing, and right to object. Security

Data is transmitted via a secure form and stored only in the professional email account of Ahamadi Ibtissam. No contact database is created.
